How long does it take to prepare and ship?

Orders are shipped within 48H
They are delivered between 5-12 days. However, due to COVID-19, delivery times may be affected.
We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable) once your package has been sent.

How can I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on our website under the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.

Is the payment secured?

Absolutely, our store is completely secure and we have a SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the secure payment systems of Stripe.

I still haven't received my order, what can I do?

Did you receive the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than two weeks, contact us with your order #, we will launch an inquiry and get back to you within 48 hours.

I ordered several items and only received part of my order, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize your waiting time we ship items separately when they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry, please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a picture as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Yes absolutely under certain conditions. To do this, simply send us the package by mail to our address and the return costs are at your expense. Once the package is received, your order will be fully refunded.

What if I can't get a refund?

1. If the product has been used and is therefore not re-saleable as is.
2. If the shipment has not arrived due to an error in the delivery address given at the time of ordering.
3. If the return process has not been respected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Checks and transfers are not accepted.
