DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5 to 15 days to receive your package (depending on the location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable) once your package is shipped!

* Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Therefore, Halochickk does not guarantee delivery dates. Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver within the estimated delivery time.

Our tracking system will inform you of the location of the package up to the day of delivery (where applicable). Keep an eye on your emails. (If you have chosen updates, you will otherwise need to track them automatically on your country's website or use our "Package Tracking" feature on our website).

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there is any incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order.

Delays may also occur due to, among other things, post office errors, mail processing delays, customs clearance and weather conditions.

Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package through customs, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service. The package will therefore be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card indicating how and where your delivery can be made.

No reshipment procedure will be taken in cases not limited to the reasons defined: parcels delivered to the wrong address, returned due to an incorrect address, returned due to an incomplete address or returned due to unavailability.

CUSTOMS AND REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking local postal regulations for restricted shipments, we cannot be held responsible for shipments not accepted in the country in question.


RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise specified in the product description (items marked "All final sales") or product warranty, you may return any unused items purchased from Halochickk within thirty (30) days of delivery for store credit, exchange or refund. The receipt and original packaging are required for any exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment (for example, a refund for a credit card purchase will be credited to your credit card account). Sorry, we do not accept returns on the following items: discounted or promotional items, gift cards. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. You will have to pay your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable from the initial order and return. Halochickk reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at any time. Official photo identification may be required.

Due to the significant discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that your transaction will always be available if you need to return an item.

Items returned due to customer preference, change of mind may be returned under the return policy, the customer must pay the return shipping cost and they too are not refundable.

If your product is defective, does not function properly or does not correspond to what you ordered, please send us an email (to info@Halochickk.com) with your order number, a photo of the item, a description of the problem, its packaging and the mail in which it was received.

After thirty (30) days of delivery, except for products offered with an additional warranty, all items purchased from Halochickk are non-transferable and all sales are final.

We ask that all items be returned to us in their original condition and that they are not broken or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be returned as shipped. All items must be in their original packaging, with no damage to the packaging, otherwise a restocking fee will be charged.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning an item, you must return it by regular mail only and immediately send us an email (to info@Halochickk.com) including a copy of the postal receipt showing the date of shipment with the tracking number on the same day of shipment. Please ensure that the receipt is legible. Depending on the condition of receipt of the item (packaging damage, water damage, intentional damage, traces of use, etc.), we reserve the right to issue a partial store credit.


CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS :

If your order has not yet been processed, we may cancel or modify the order. Please note that orders are processed quickly. Please inform us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled; please refer to the return policy above for information on how to return your order.

To cancel or change an order, please send an email to info@Halochickk.com. Be sure to include your order number and a message stating that you wish to cancel the order.

Missing Items :

If there are items missing from your order, please send an email to info@Halochickk.com. Be sure to include your order number, a message describing what is missing from the order, and photos of the packaging and its contents.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7920 rue lausanne brossard, Brossard, QC, J4Y 0K4, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
